All music CDs, games, and other items available to purchase will be
noted as to publisher, year, and condition. We offer original domestic
titles and international releases. Keep checking back for frequent
updates. Please note that none of our music titles listed in our loan
library or archival backup service are for sale nor are we currently
selling music or games directly through our website.
TERMS OF PAYMENT INSIDE U.S.
Winning bidder must contact the seller via email within three (3)
days of auction's close. Payment must be received within fourteen
(14) calendar days thereafter. We accept money orders, personal
checks, and business checks on all domestic wins. DO NOT SEND
CASH!!! Please make out all checks and/or money orders payable
to PHOENIX GENESIS / MBS L.P.
TERMS OF PAYMENT OUTSIDE U.S.
For international winners, we accept International Postal Money
Orders made payable to PHOENIX GENESIS / MBS L.P. or cash via
Registered and/or Insured Global Priority Mail. DO NOT SEND
CASH VIA UNREGISTERED MAIL!!!. We cannot accept personal
checks, business checks, or domestic money orders. We appreciate
an email confirmation indicating the date payment is sent and an
inclusion of the confirming winning email for expedient processing
of your order.
SHIPPING AND FEEDBACK TIME
Please allow ten (10) days for your check to clear prior to
shipping. For faster shipping, payment by money order is
recommended. Feedback is given once item is shipped. Seller
appreciates positive feedback once item is received.
We ship all items priority mail with delivery confirmation.
If you've won an auction and have received your USPS tracking
number, you can check the progress of your mail delivery by

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Winning bidder pays fixed rate of $5.00 shipping and handling
costs for priority mail delivery (including USPS delivery
confirmation and tracking) of item within the U.S.

Seller also ships internationally. Please allow delivery outside

the total costs of the item plus shipping prior to winning bidder
sending payment. Please include this email with your payment.
We will NOT be responsible for any duties or taxes that customs
may incur in your country.

low bid. We will follow through with fast shipping, quick

SELLER'S RIGHTS
Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all auctions with
bidders who have zero or negative feedback unless prior
arrangements are made before the close of the auction via email
with the seller. If winning bidder fails to pay in a timely
manner for the item, seller will pursue legal action against
bidder and will generate negative feedback, so only bid if you
are serious about this item and about completing the transaction.
